Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights
Sunrise Mall is the smallest mall in the Sacramento area. While it does have a small play area for preschoolers, it has few shops and restaurants for preschoolers. Sunrise mall has a small indoor play area the perfect size for preschoolers. There’s also a movie theatre that can help kill a few hours on hot summer afternoons.
Super Kids Club
Preschoolers can sign up for the Super Kids Club at Sunrise Mall. Membership is free and benefits include membership discounts at various stores and events such as Welcome Santa Parade and annual Character Day. For more information, please see the Sunrise Mall website.

There’s no food court (yet!) like in the other malls in the Sacramento area, but there are kid-friendly places such as Red Robin and Baskin Robbins.

Parking can be a huge issue at this mall, as can getting to it. The streets around Sunrise Mall have some of the heaviest traffic in the Sacramento area.

This mall is very small, and has little to do to keep preschooler’s interested.
